Geneva's 11U-Blue discovers success in multiple ways.

Geneva 11U-Blue's squad concluded its regular season with a 1^st Place showing in KCBL's Gold-Central Division.  The team then entered the post season tournament as the #2 seed and defended its rank admirably, sweeping into the championship game  before losing a hard fought battle with Wasco by a score of 4-0.  Although these kids excelled on the field, we would be remiss to not acknowledge their off field accomplishments. An example being the teams June, 5^th trip to Feed My Starving Children, where the parents, players and siblings assisted in the preparation of 19,872 meals, enough to feed 54 children of El Salvador for an entire year.  It's this collection of talent, humility and responsibility that made this team special, and provided for an unforgettable season.
