This link leads you to the online web portal for booking batting tunnels at the GBA's ITC. You can see available times, book them and pay for them with your credit card. This system is independent of the GBA website so you will need to establish a new online membership within the ITC rental system.

 IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING ACCESS:

The GBA Board is still working out staffing and access issues. The system is checked each night to plan for the next day. If you do want to book a same day rental, please shoot an inquiry text to 630-890-4952 to confirm access is possible. Don't request anything inside or within a 4 hour window. If you'd be interested in volunteering some supervisory time and playing catch with your player while there, please shoot a text regarding that as well.

 The GBA Board reserves the right to shift your rentals or refund your rentals to accomodate space for clinics and programs. None are currently scheduled but will be soon. We'll work with you and expect the same reciprocation.

Preliminary Hours:

School days 4-10

Weekends & Spring Break 8am-10pm

Some basic guidelines:

1. Only dates through 5/31/2010 are available until more details are worked out.  June dates will be released for rental near the end of May.

2. Minor 9 & down restricted to use tunnels 4, 5 & 6. Older teams whenever possible, please take later time slots so younger teams can get in, get out and get to bed.

3. If you bring 5 or less players you can rent one tunnel, namely #3 or #4. If you bring 6 or more players you must rent 2 tunnels, namely 1/2 or 5/6. You must provide an adult supervisor for every 5 players

4. If you want to rent half of, or the whole, ITC, you simply book all the tunnels desired for the given time slot.

5. Usage is restricted to registered GBA players for the near future until some other logistics issues are worked out.

6. Absolutely no players throwing bp to live batters. Only managers coaches or parents may pitch, and must be protected by an L-screen. Use of a batting helmet by the adult pitcher is highly recommended.

7. Use of the pitching machines is prohibitted unless explicitly authorized by the GBA Board or ITC staff.
